State Center Federation of Teachers (SCFT) is tasked with exclusive representation for all faculty at the State Center Community College District (SCCCD), which includes Fresno City College (FCC), Reedley College (RC), Clovis Community College (CCC), and Madera Community College (MCC).​

SCFT is a 501(c)(5) tax-exempt labor organization. Our primary objectives are:

1. to raise the standards of the education professional by securing the conditions essential to the best professional service.

2. promoting such democratization of the colleges as will enable faculty to equip their students to take their places in the social and cultural life of the community; And

3. to promote the welfare of the young people of the nation by providing progressively better educational opportunity for all.
